Terms of Service

1. Agreement
These terms apply when you access Vivipilot Desktop, vivipilot.com, Vivipilot Cloud, the Vivipilot Agent, shared previews, or related services. By using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and be at least 13 years old. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and connected devices.
3. Desktop and provider keys
Vivipilot Desktop can keep projects local and may support AI providers through credentials you supply. You are responsible for those provider accounts, charges, permissions, and terms. Never share a provider key through a project, preview, or other content field.
4. Cloud plans, billing, and cancellation
Paid plans renew automatically for the selected billing period unless canceled. Stripe processes payments and provides the billing portal. Upgrades may take effect immediately with a prorated charge or credit; eligible downgrades take effect at renewal. If you cancel, paid access normally continues until the end of the current billing period. Taxes, currency conversion, and payment-provider charges may apply.
5. Plan limits and Agent credits
Plans may limit storage, project versions, connected devices, export quality, collaboration, and Agent usage. Agent credits measure included service usage and are not cash, cannot be transferred, and may expire or reset as shown in your account. We may block an operation that exceeds an applicable limit.
6. Your content
You retain ownership of content you create or upload. You grant Vivipilot the limited rights needed to store, process, render, synchronize, and share that content at your direction. You must have the rights required to use any uploaded media, fonts, code, trademarks, or other material.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use Vivipilot to violate law or third-party rights, distribute malware, bypass access or plan controls, interfere with the service, probe systems without permission, impersonate others, or create or distribute unlawful content.
8. AI output and third-party services
AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to other output. Review it before publishing or relying on it. Stripe, AI providers, authentication services, and linked websites operate under their own terms and policies.
9. Availability and changes
We work to keep Vivipilot reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change as the product evolves. When practical, we will give reasonable notice of material changes that negatively affect a paid service.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for a material violation of these terms, security risk, fraud, nonpayment, or legal requirement. You may stop using the service at any time. Export or retain important local copies of your content before access ends.
11. Disclaimers and liability
Vivipilot is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties where legally allowed. To the extent permitted by law, Vivipilot is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages resulting from use of the service.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will revise the date above. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised terms. Questions can be sent to support@vivipilot.com.
